Our Slice of Heaven
About a year ago we purchased an awsome piece of property. My most amazing Husband has designed what to me is the perfect barn for our needs. It is a tri-level barn. The animals have a walkout that is built into a hill. The main level has a heated floor and full bathroom. The upstairs is divided into hayloft and craft studio.
The rabbit pens are now up and running!!!! No more cleaning pans. Yipeeeee!!!! There is no more smell either. The system has a pit that ejects the waste into a septic system just for the rabbits.
Our Barn
The top of the barn is for all our wool processing, hay storage and fun stuff. The inground area of the barn is great for keeping the animals cool in the summer.
Here is the fun stuff room above the animals. There are big shelves that are on the window side for all of our crafts. The other picture is the view of the barn from our new home.
Since these pictures we have added pastures, and of course our animals!
